💼 Responsibilities:
- ⚙️ Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs
- 🗄️ Manage databases, optimize queries, and ensure data integrity and security
- 🔗 Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic
- 🔍 Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems
- 📊 Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices
- ✅ Implement automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and code reviews
- 🔒 Ensure high performance, security, and responsiveness of applications
🛠️ Required Skills:
- 💬 Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
- 👩💻 Proficiency in at least one backend programming language (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java, or Ruby)
- 🗂️ Hands-on experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB)
- 🔧 Knowledge of RESTful API design and microservices architecture
- ☁️ Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- 📊 Solid understanding of software engineering principles, scalability, and performance optimization
- 🧾 Previous experience as a backend developer or in a similar role is strongly preferred
