Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (S1) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working as a Backend Developer in software development projects.
  • Proficient in at least one backend programming language: PHP, Golang, or .NET.
  • Strong understanding of API architecture and development, including REST, SOAP, or gRPC.
  • Experienced in database performance tuning, including indexing, partitioning, and connection pooling.
  • Understanding of synchronous and asynchronous processing, including job schedulers and message queues.
  • Familiar with event-driven architecture and Change Data Capture (CDC), particularly using Kafka, Confluent, or similar platforms.
  • Good understanding of Clean Architecture principles and their implementation.
  • Experienced in implementing unit tests.
  • Able to deliver code that complies with applicable security standards and quality gates.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
  • Experience in the banking or financial services industry is preferred.
