- Developing the backend and mathematical models for Game in the Box solutions, including implementation of game logic, computational systems, and integration with other system components;

- Verifying the correctness of game designs, ensuring their alignment and optimisation;
- Analysing game-related data to identify new mechanics and industry trends;
- Evaluating game performance after deployment and providing insights into player behaviour;
- Conducting analyses to detect irregularities and proposing corrective solutions.
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of commercial backend development experience (e.g. Java/Kotlin/TypeScript/Node.js or C#)
- Strong mathematical skills, including a solid understanding of probability, statistics, and algorithms
- Mathematical intuition and the ability to build, run, and interpret simulation results
- Hands‑on experience with unit and integration testing
- Strong collaboration skills and experience working in agile, cross‑functional teams
- Good command of English (written and spoken)
- Genuine passion for games and commitment to delivering high‑quality software
Nice to have
- Experience with backend development for online casino / iGaming products
- Familiarity with video slot mechanics and slot math models (RTP, volatility, hit frequency, pay tables)
- Experience designing game mechanics or mathematical models for games
- Ability to test and validate mathematical outcomes using MS Excel, programming, and proprietary tools to guarantee accuracy and quality
- Understanding of Docker and containerization
- Understanding of licensing and regulatory requirements in regulated gaming markets
