Job description
Directful is looking for a skilled Backend Developer to join our growing engineering team. You will play a key role in building and scaling services that power our AI-native hospitality platform.
What You’ll Do:
- Design, develop, and run backend services in Kubernetes.
- Work with Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines and deployments.
- Build and maintain .NET APIs that integrate with our platform.
- Ensure scalability, reliability, and security of services.
- Collaborate with frontend engineers and product teams to deliver features end-to-end.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong backend development experience with .NET / C#.
- Hands‑on experience running services in Kubernetes.
- Proficiency in Azure DevOps pipelines, builds, and deployments.
- Experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs.
- Solid understanding of microservices, cloud infrastructure, and service‑oriented architecture.
- Excellent problem‑solving and debugging skills.
- Based in Latin America, with the ability to work in US EST/PST timezones.
- Must speak fluent English.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Azure cloud services beyond DevOps.
- Familiarity with AI/ML integrations or high‑traffic SaaS platforms.
