In this Backend Developer role, you will design and implement backend components for systems software and distributed services. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, scalable solutions that support edge-to-cloud data and applications. You’ll work in a hybrid setup, combining office days with remote work, and you’ll operate in a bilingual English/Italian environment. This is a hands-on opportunity to shape backend tech, improve testing and debugging practices, and contribute to high-quality software at scale.

- Analyze design to determine coding, integration, and testing activities per objectives
- Develop and execute testing plans, document processes, and debug issues in code
- Collaborate with internal and outsourced partners to deliver reliable, cost-effective solutions
- Communicate project status and issue resolution with stakeholders
- Contribute as a team member within a software engineering group to deliver high-quality backend solutions
- Bachelor in Computer Science or equivalent
- 2-4 years of software development experience
- Experience designing and developing backend or distributed software systems
