- Act as the Technical Lead in the team
- Design distributed systems and microservices
- Develop REST integrations and event-driven communication
- Design and develop RabbitMQ-based solutions
- Define and enforce code quality standards
- Conduct code reviews
- Mentor and support less experienced developers
- Participate in architecture design and solve complex technical problems
- Develop and maintain CI/CD processes
- Collaborate with business teams, analysts, architects, and development teams
Требования:
- At least 5 years of backend development experience
- Practical knowledge of Java
- Advanced knowledge of REST API and RabbitMQ
- Experience with event-driven architecture
- Knowledge of AsyncAPI, Oracle, Git, Maven, Jenkins, OpenShift, CI/CD, Agile, software deployment processes, and Jira
- Experience conducting code reviews and defining quality standards
- Strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex technical problems
- Experience mentoring and technically leading a team
