We are currently looking for a Technical Business Analyst with previous backend development experience to join a stable project within an international company that is a leader in its sector. Someone who has worked as a developer and can use that technical knowledge to gather needs, define and propose solutions, prepare a technical backlog, and unblock the team throughout delivery.
Задачи:
- Gather and analyze business and Product requirements.
- Propose technical solutions together with architecture and development.
- Identify systems, microservices, dependencies, risks, and affected teams.
- Turn needs into epics, stories, tasks, and acceptance criteria.
- Document APIs, flows, validations, and error scenarios.
- Answer questions and unblock dependencies during development.
- Coordinate with Product, architecture, backend, and QA.
- Support initiatives through to production.
Требования:
- 5 years of experience in backend development.
- Experience with Node.js, TypeScript, and NestJS.
- Solid knowledge of REST/GraphQL APIs and microservices.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL, OAuth/JWT, queues, and asynchronous processes.
- Experience with legacy refactoring, performance, and scalability.
- Ability to translate business needs into solutions and a technical backlog.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Agile methodologies.
- Communication skills, autonomy, and the ability to coordinate and unblock teams.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
