Roles & Responsibilities

• Team Leadership:Lead, mentor, and manage a team of backend engineers, fostering a culture of high performance and technical excellence.
• System Architecture:Design, build, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance backend systems and microservices using C# and modern .NET.
• API & Integration:Architect robust RESTful APIs and ensure seamless, secure data flow between frontend applications and third-party integrations.
• Database Management:Oversee database design, optimize complex queries, and manage data architecture using SQL Server and Entity Framework Core.
• Engineering Excellence:Drive engineering best practices, conduct rigorous code reviews, optimize CI/CD pipelines, and take full ownership of system reliability.

Requirements

• Education:Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Experience:5–7+ years of proven backend development experience, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership, mentoring, or architectural role.
• Technical Skills:Deep expertise in C#, ASP.NET Core, modern .NET runtime, REST API design, and Git-based workflows.
• Database & Cloud:Strong hands‑on experience with Microsoft SQL Server, Entity Framework Core, and cloud platforms (such as Microsoft Azure or AWS).
• Leadership Profile:Excellent problem-solving mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to balance hands‑on coding, with high-level architectural decision‑making.
