Backend Developer Lead (C# & .NET)

Lead a team to build and scale robust .NET backend systems and drive architectural excellence.

Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of backend engineers, fostering a culture of high performance and technical excellence.
System Architecture: Design, build, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance backend systems and microservices using C# and modern .NET.
API & Integration: Architect robust RESTful APIs and ensure seamless, secure data flow between frontend applications and third-party integrations.
Database Management: Oversee database design, optimize complex queries, and manage data architecture using SQL Server and Entity Framework Core.
Engineering Excellence: Drive engineering best practices, conduct rigorous code reviews, optimize CI/CD pipelines, and take full ownership of system reliability.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
Experience: 5–7+ years of proven backend development experience, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership, mentoring, or architectural role.
Technical Skills: Deep expertise in C#, ASP.NET Core, modern .NET runtime, REST API design, and Git-based workflows.
Database & Cloud: Strong hands‑on experience with Microsoft SQL Server, Entity Framework Core, and cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS.
Leadership Profile: Excellent problem‑solving mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to balance hands‑on coding with high‑level architectural decision‑making.
