Backend Engineer - Risk Control System
Job Responsibilities: Responsible for the design, development, and optimization of the company's risk control system to achieve efficient and stable risk monitoring and prevention mechanisms. Participate in building a real-time risk control engine, including the development of risk control rules, model calculations, anti-fraud detection, and other functionalities. Design and optimize data collection, cleaning, and computation processes to enhance data processing capabilities. Develop risk control strategy management tools based on business needs to improve the flexibility and adjustability of risk control strategies. Continuously monitor system performance, optimize system efficiency, and ensure high availability and low latency.
Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, FinTech, or related fields. At least 1 year of backend development experience; experience in risk control systems, payment systems, or anti-fraud systems is preferred. Proficient in at least one backend programming language (e.g., Go, Python) with strong coding practices. Familiar with middleware such as MySQL, Kafka, Redis, and Elasticsearch. Strong teamwork, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive cross-department collaboration efficiently.
Preferred Qualifications (Bonus Points): Experience in developing risk control systems related to
banking, or internet finance . Hands-on experience with
big data or stream processing systems
(e.g., Kafka, Flink, Spark, Hadoop). Practical experience in
machine learning or statistical analysis , with familiarity in
risk control rule engines
and
real-time computation
technologies. Experience in
risk control strategy design
and
data modeling , with the ability to support business teams in formulating risk control strategies. Experience in
high-concurrency systems , with knowledge of
distributed architectures
and
stream computing .
