About the Role

We are looking for a Backend Engineer to build and maintain production-grade services that power our HR, payroll, and compliance platform. You will work on core backend systems that help global businesses scale their teams efficiently and compliantly.

What You'll Do

  • Design and develop robust REST APIs using C# and .NET.

  • Work with PostgreSQL to design, query, and maintain relational databases.

  • Contribute to microservices architecture decisions and implementations.

  • Deploy and maintain services on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

  • Build and improve CI/CD pipelines to support reliable, continuous delivery.

  • Write clean, well-tested, production-grade code that meets high reliability standards.

What We're Looking For

  • 3 to 5 years of professional backend engineering experience shipping production-grade code.

  • Strong proficiency in C# and the .NET ecosystem.

  • Solid experience with PostgreSQL and relational database design.

  • Proven track record building and maintaining REST APIs.

  • Familiarity with microservices architecture patterns.

  • Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: PHP 50,000 to PHP 80,000 per month. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
