Job Description:

Responsibilities

  • Participate in the design, development, and continuous optimization of digital banking backend services and technical platforms, delivering high-quality, maintainable code.
  • Contribute to server-side architecture design to build high-performance, highly available, secure, and scalable distributed systems.
  • Deeply understand business requirements, collaborating with Product Managers and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical designs and scalable features.
  • Continuously optimize system performance, stability, resource utilization, and user experience for high-concurrency banking scenarios.
  • Design and develop internal developer tools, automation scripts, and workflows to boost R&D efficiency and engineering quality.
  • Explore emerging AI technologies (e.g., LLMs, AI Agents, AIGC) and evaluate their applications in banking business scenarios and intelligent R&D practices.
  • Leverage AI-assisted coding methodologies (e.g., Vibe Coding / AI copilots) to streamline code generation, testing, and delivery processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related technical disciplines
  • Solid foundation in Computer Science core principles, including Data Structures, Algorithms, Computer Networks, and Operating Systems.
  • Proficiency in at least one mainstream backend language (Golang, Java, Python, or C/C++).
  • Familiarity with web frameworks, RPC, and protocols (e.g., Gin, gRPC, Spring Boot, Django, Flask, Protocol Buffers).
  • Hands-on experience or working knowledge of databases (e.g., MySQL) and middleware (e.g., Redis, Kafka, microservices/K8s).
  • Basic understanding of software design patterns, distributed systems, high concurrency architectures, caching mechanisms, and performance tuning.
  • Strong interest in AI, with eagerness to learn and experiment with front-tier technologies like LLMs, Agent/Skill frameworks, and Prompt Engineering.
  • Excellent logical thinking, analytical skills, rapid learning capability, and clear communication skills.
