Summary
Backend engineer building fintech/payments platform services in C#/.NET (ASP.NET Core): designing REST APIs, handling SQL databases, third-party API and webhook integrations, auth, and Docker-based production deployments. Hybrid in Lagos or remote within Nigeria, NGN 500,000/month.

REQUIRED SKILLS
Must Have
●3+ years of professional backend engineering experience.
●Strong C# and .NET / ASP. NET Core experience.
●Strong understanding of REST APIs.
●Strong SQL and relational database experience.
●Experience integrating third-party APIs.
●Experience working with webhooks.
●Strong understanding of authentication and authorization.
●Understanding of database transactions and concurrency.
●Experience building and maintaining production applications.
●Working knowledge of Docker.
●Comfortable deploying and troubleshooting backend applications in production.
●Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows.
●Strong debugging and problem-solving ability.
●Ability to work independently and take ownership.
