This is an opportunity to work on highly scalable backend systems, cloud-native architecture and AI-enabled products, whilst helping shape the technical foundations of a rapidly growing platform.

Our client is an innovative AI and software business serving enterprise organisations within the financial services sector.

• Design and develop scalable backend services, APIs and data platforms using Python and PostgreSQL.
• Build secure, multi-tenant systems with a strong focus on reliability, performance and auditability.
• Deploy and operate cloud-native applications on AWS whilst contributing to CI/CD best practices.
• Support AI-enabled services and integrations within a modern enterprise software environment.

• 5+ years' experience building backend systems within SaaS, platform or enterprise environments.
• Strong expertise in Python, APIs, PostgreSQL and modern software engineering best practices.
• Experience working with AWS, CI/CD pipelines, Linux and cloud infrastructure.
• Knowledge of distributed systems, security, observability and AI-assisted development tools.
