Backend Engineer (Java / Spring Boot / JMeter)
We are looking for experienced Backend Engineer(s) to join our team and contribute to the development, enhancement, and delivery of robust and scalable backend applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain backend applications using Java and Spring Boot .
- Participate in the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) , from requirements analysis and design through development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Develop clean, scalable, maintainable, and high-quality code.
- Conduct performance testing using Apache JMeter , including test script creation, execution, monitoring, and analysis.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues and performance bottlenecks.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, QA engineers, and other developers, to ensure successful project delivery.
- Contribute to technical discussions, code reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Technical Skills - Must Have
- Strong proficiency in Java , preferably Java 11-21, with a deep understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.
- Extensive hands-on experience with Spring Boot and the Spring Framework .
- Proven experience with Apache JMeter for performance testing, including test script creation, execution, and analysis.
- Good understanding of software development best practices and full SDLC processes.
Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of professional software development experience .
- Demonstrated experience in delivering software projects successfully from development through implementation.
- Experience working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
