Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and customer-centric Backend Engineerwith a minimum of 3-5 Years of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop and maintain scalable backend applications and services.
- Strong programming experience in Python and backend development frameworks.
- Work with databases, APIs, third-party integrations and microservices.
- Write clean, efficient, secure and maintainable code with appropriate testing.
- Collaborate with Product, Frontend, QA and DevOps teams to deliver reliable solutions.
Requirements & Skills
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Backend Engineer
- Proven experience in handling B2B customers is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
- Good understanding of SaaS platforms, e-commerce, or logistics (preferred)
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
