Backend Engineer (Python) - Poland

You will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable, secure backend services for a SaaS platform, focusing on performance, reliability, and security.

Requirements

• Experience with Python (FastAPI) – Proven experience building and maintaining backend services using FastAPI and other Python frameworks.
• Database Design & Management – Strong knowledge of relational (MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
• API Development – Proficiency in building and maintaining RESTful APIs and familiarity with API security and authentication standards (OAuth, JWT).
• Testing & Code Quality – Familiarity with writing unit and integration tests, maintaining clean, scalable, and well-documented code.

Key Responsibilities

• Backend Development – Design and develop robust, scalable backend services that support business requirements.
• Collaboration – Work closely with frontend engineers and product teams to deliver high-quality software.
