- 4 years' backend development experience with strong proficiency in Python
- At least 2 years' experience working with AI‑assisted tools
- Clear communicator able to explain technical concepts to non‑technical teams
- Bonus: exposure to full‑stack development, SRE/DevOps, or AI‑powered products
