Backend Engineer: Scale Fintech & Data Systems

Emma is building the UK’s first finance app and hiring engineers who own their work and move fast. As a software developer with at least 2 years of professional experience, you will work directly with the CTO on backend infrastructure, tackling scaling and data-processing challenges across a growing tech stack (TypeScript, React Native, gRPC, Kubernetes).

This role offers autonomy, high standards, and a roadmap of new features and integrations.
