You will contribute to building scalable, secure, and efficient backend services that align with the company’s mission and growth objectives. ## Responsibilities - Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Python. - Build and enhance RESTful APIs and microservices architectures. - Work with SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra, DynamoDB) databases to ensure data integrity and performance. - Implement and optimize Object-Relational Mapping (ORM) frameworks. - Deploy and manage applications on cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud Platform (GCP). - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. ## Qualifications - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in software development with a strong focus on backend development. - Proficiency in Python programming language. - Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture. - Experience working with SQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra, DynamoDB). - Solid knowledge of ORM frameworks. - Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. ## Preferred Skills - Experience working in a startup or product-based technology company. - Familiarity with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI/CD. - Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes. - Understanding of infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation. - Awareness of security best practices including OWASP guidelines, authentication, and authorization protocols (OAuth, JWT, Single Sign-On). ## Experience - At least 3 years of relevant backend software development experience, preferably in Python. - Experience in building scalable backend systems and working with cloud infrastructure. ## Environment - Location: Bangalore (HSR Layout). - Work setting: On-site, 5 days a week at the office. - Collaborative and fast-paced startup environment focused on innovation and problem-solving. ## Benefits - Career-defining opportunities. - An impactful team culture underscored by a passion for problem-solving. - Opportunity to work with visionary founders and a multidisciplinary team at the forefront of banking technology innovation.
