Backend Engineer
To design, develop, and optimize our production system, model training system and cloud infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain the video-gen production system to guarantee high availability and high reliability
- Develop and maintain infrastructure for data preparation and feature engineering
- Collaborate with model researchers to support model training and deployment
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in CS, Software Engineering, Telecommunications, etc.
- 3+ years of experience in backend engineering or similar roles
- Strong proficiency in Java/Python, MQ, DB (MySQL, MongoDB) and cache (Redis, Memcached)
- Expertise in user management, payment system, api-gateway, etc.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Alibaba Cloud, AWS
- Proven experience in building scalable, distributed systems
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese
- Experience with the following is a plus: CI/CD
