Backend Specialist, Agentic Engineering

Project:

• AI-powered customer experience platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and build scalable backend systems for GenAI powered application
• Develop RESTful APIs, middleware, and microservices for system integration
• Integrate with external systems, third-party services, and legacy applications
• Implement background job processing, task queues, and caching strategies
• Database integration with APIs using ORMs, data validation, and error handling

Skills Requirements:

• Have experience with generative AI applications using OpenAI API, LangChain, or agentic applications (you will be building agentic application where you need to know about token cost and token management for each user.
• Comfortable learning and adapting to new technologies quickly building RAG systems, Agentic applications and etc.
• Write comprehensive unit, integration, and end-to-end tests (pytest, Jest)
• Experienced with CRM, CMS type of applications

Good to haves:

• Knowledge of telephony systems, SIP protocols, SBC, and audio codecs
• Experience with chat applications and real-time communication systems
• Preferred Industry Experience: Telecommunications, AI, Customer Support.
