Banca Relationship Manager

We are seeking a Banca Relationship Manager to join a leading life insurance company. In this role, you will be responsible for achieving business targets through assigned Banca partners and branches. Your primary focus will be on managing overall business operations for your assigned area, which includes business development, sales, relationship management, operational support, and training. You will identify new business opportunities and work towards meeting the overall targets assigned for new business development. Key responsibilities include establishing productive and professional relationships with key personnel at the assigned branches of partner organizations. You will oversee all operations, customer servicing, and customer retention activities for these branches. Your ability to manage relationships and drive sales will be crucial to your success in this role. The ideal candidate will possess a graduation degree and should be within the age range of 21 to 32 years. Strong knowledge of banking products, including CASA, credit accounts, saving accounts, and various insurance products, is essential. Experience in banking product sales and branch banking will be advantageous. You should also have a solid understanding of the BFSI sector and be able to effectively communicate and build relationships with clients and partners.
