Summary
A 12-month contract role preparing performance reports, tracking campaigns, and automating manual tasks using Excel/VBA for a bank in Singapore.
- Prepare regular product performance report segregated based on various distribution channels
- To facilitate Customers & Staff campaigns together with Product Manger
- Track campaign performance and conduct post campaign analysis
- Conduct user acceptance test (“UAT”) include develop and execute test cases and ensure UAT results meet the functional specifications
- Ability to automate manual reporting via the use of Macro / VBA
- Other admin/projects as assigned
Requirements
- Proficient in Excel / Pivots / Lookups
- Demonstrated adaptability and organizational skills, including the ability to manage competing priorities and effectively manage tight timeline
