Banquet Server (Part Time/On Call)

Banquet Servers are responsible for preparing food and beverage stations and serving food and beverages to guests at banquet functions in accordance with hotel standards.

Job Responsibilities:

• Approach all encounters with guests and team members in a friendly and service-oriented manner.
• Perform preparatory tasks and side work duties to ensure guests are served promptly and efficiently.
• Read and follow the Banquet Event Order (BEO) and become familiar with the menu for the assigned function.
• Respond to guest problems and complaints and communicate with management when necessary.
• Set up and replenish food, beverage, buffet, and service stations according to the BEO and hotel standards, with the appropriate supplies and service equipment.
• Maintain the banquet storeroom in a neat and orderly manner, stocked with supplies necessary for food service functions.
• Clean the banquet space after each function and ensure all supplies and equipment are stored and restocked properly.

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience in a related field required.
• Ability to stand during the entire shift.
