Location: Green Mill Conference Center, Willmar, MN
Position: Banquet Set-Up
Shift: part-time, evening week nights, 5-9pm or 8-10pm, 2 shifts per week
Pay: $13+ tips

Key Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, energetic, and positive interactions with guests
- Assemble tables, chairs, stages, dance floors, and buffet stations according to specifications
- Assist with furniture, décor, and equipment setup
- Clean floors, tables, and public areas (sweeping, mopping, vacuuming) before and after events
- Help maintain a smooth and efficient dining experience
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
