Barista Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and personable Barista to join our team at One Sixth by Christopher Collins.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in coffee preparation, takes pride in delivering quality beverages, and enjoys creating a welcoming experience for our guests.

We are looking for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work independently while supporting the team are essential.

Previous barista experience is required, including knowledge of espresso preparation, milk steaming, and coffee equipment. Above all, we value someone who takes initiative, provides excellent service, and helps create an experience that keeps our guests coming back.

• Handling cash and credit transactions.
• Maintaining inventory and managing storage and supplies.
• Maintaining a safe, healthy, and appealing work environment.

Barista Job Requirements:

• Must have prior experience as a barista.
• Must be skilled in using various coffee preparation techniques.
• Must be skilled in operating and maintaining coffee equipment.
• Must carry at least a high school diploma.
