How You’ll Make an Impact

• Community Connection: Greet guests with warm, authentic energy. Build genuine relationships with club members and help them select products that fuel their fitness goals.

• Craftsmanship: Prepare high-grade smoothies, bowls, and wellness shots with absolute precision, speed, and clean food-safety execution.

• Store Ownership: Take pride in your space. Keep the bar looking beautiful, pristine, and fully stocked, managing inventory and cash handling with sharp attention to detail.

What It Takes to Win Here

• Self-Sufficiency: A lot of our shifts are independent operations. You need the critical thinking and time management skills to handle a one-person show without needing constant supervision.

• Resilience & Composure: The ability to work with a sense of urgency during club rush hours while keeping your composure, staying kind, and having fun.

• Willingness to Learn: You don’t need years of rigid restaurant experience—we hire for attitude. You just need a strong desire to learn about nutrition, health, and supplements so you can confidently share that knowledge.

Position requirements

• Possess an active state Food Handlers Certificate

• Able to stand and walk for prolonged periods, work in close physical proximity to team members, and occasionally handle a walk-in cooler environment.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs comfortably.

• Flexibility to work a dynamic schedule (early mornings, evenings, weekends, or holidays)—knowing that the latest you will ever be off is still early compared to traditional restaurants!
