Margaritaville Resort Fort Myers Beach is seeking seasoned professionals for the exciting role of Bartender at JWB Grill, where elevated dining meets the welcoming spirit of Margaritaville.

We’re looking for Bartenders who are passionate about creating amazing guest experiences through outstanding service. You’ll work alongside hardworking, energetic teammates who are empowered to do whatever it takes to make every visit exceptional. Bring your beverage knowledge, attention to detail, and personality to the bar, where a thoughtfully prepared drink and genuine hospitality go hand in hand.

What You’ll Do: Mix Great Drinks and Memorable Experiences

• Provide exceptional guest service by warmly greeting patrons, attending to their needs promptly, and maintaining a friendly, professional demeanor throughout their visit.

• Stay current on the latest beverage industry trends to offer informed recommendations and a diverse selection of drinks.

• Keep the bar clean, organized, and well-stocked, with supplies, ingredients, and equipment readily available for efficient service.

• Efficiently manage multiple drink orders while staying aware of the overall bar flow to ensure timely service and guest satisfaction.

• Navigate the Point of Sale (POS) system proficiently to open and close tabs accurately, process payments, and maintain organized transaction records.

• Follow responsible alcohol service guidelines, including enforcing age restrictions and monitoring alcohol consumption to promote a safe, enjoyable environment for all guests.

• Collaborate with fellow bartenders, servers, and kitchen staff to coordinate orders, keep operations running smoothly, and deliver an exceptional dining experience.

• Handle guest complaints or concerns professionally and proactively, finding satisfactory resolutions that maintain guest satisfaction and uphold the restaurant’s reputation.

• Assist with other related duties as assigned by management to support overall resort operations and guest satisfaction.

What You’ll Bring to the Fins Up Team

• Knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks.

• Understanding of how to use a POS system; Toast knowledge is a plus.

• One year of previous bartending experience.

• Understanding of alcohol laws and guidelines.

• Strong organizational skills.

• Punctuality and regular, consistent attendance.
