What You Will Do:
As a BCBA in BHN’s Community Wraparound Program, you’ll provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and individuals with developmental disabilities. You will complete comprehensive assessments, create individualized treatment plans, and provide coaching and support to families and direct staff in implementing positive behavior support strategies across natural environments.
Responsibilities include:
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and skill-based assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS, AFLS)
- Develop and implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Provide services across home, school, clinic, and other community settings
- Train and coach caregivers, direct support professionals, and interdisciplinary team members
- Monitor progress through data collection and update plans as needed
- Ensure timely documentation of treatment plans, progress notes, and assessments
- Collaborate with families and external providers to support consistent and effective care
Who You Are:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Master’s Degree in a related mental health field (required)
- Experience providing ABA services and working with developmental disabilities or autism spectrum disorders
- Passionate about supporting individuals with diverse abilities and backgrounds
- Strong documentation, training, and communication skills
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the service area (required)
- Must be at least 21 years old

Pay Range: "Pay: $87,300-90,000.00"
Shift: Monday-Friday 8am-8pm (Flexible schedule based on needs of clients) 40-hour work week
