Job Description

  • Oversee daily operations
  • Ensuring that the store achieves or exceeds its set goals in relation to cost of operations and revenue, whilst providing highest quality level customer service.
  • Training, hiring, motivating, evaluating and directing staffs.
  • Ensuring the tidiness and cleanliness of the beauty facilities and good working operation of all beauty equipment.
  • Necessitating the tranquility and esthetic beauty of the facilities to promote an appealing and relaxing environment.
  • Maintaining the client database, scheduling appointments, managing contract laborers and employees.
  • Placing orders of supplies and retail, managing inventory control and interviewing new staff members.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of proven relevant working experience in beauty industry
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Up-to-date with cosmetic trends and makeup products
  • Excellent customer service abilities
  • A professional appearance.
