Behavior Analyst

Summary

Conduct behavioral assessments, develop intervention plans, and provide ABA therapy in homes, schools, and clinics to support individuals with behavioral health needs.

What you will do:

Responsibilities Include:

  • Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs), skill-based assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS, AFLS), and develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
  • Deliver services in the home, school, clinic, and other community settings
  • Collaborate with families, collateral providers, and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals
  • Provide modeling, training, and consultation to caregivers and program staff
  • Monitor progress and revise treatment plans and strategies based on data

What you'll bring:

  • Master’s degree in a mental health-related field (required)
  • Experience in Applied Behavior Analysis and providing community-based behavioral services
  • Knowledge and practice in conducting FBAs, designing BIPs, and coaching caregivers\
  • BCBA certification or eligibility within one year (preferred)
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and willingness to travel locally (required)
  • Culturally competent and able to support individuals from diverse backgrounds

  • Must be at least 21 years old
