Behavioral Analytics Consultant
Behavioral Analytics Consultant
About the Role
BRQ is hiring a mid-level Behavioral Analytics Consultant to support the sales process pre-sale and to lead new customers through structured onboarding packages on the Fullstory platform. No prior Fullstory experience is required — we'll fully train you on the platform. What matters most is a background in behavioral analytics, digital experience, plus a track record of deploying software solutions and running structured, multi-session client onboarding engagements.
For each new customer, you'll run the defined discovery, implementation, training, and strategy sessions to get customers live and adopting the platform.
You'll work primarily remote from Argentina for clients in Latin America, coordinating closely with BRQ's Account Executive
What You'll Do
Pre-Sales Support
Partner with Account Executives on discovery calls to understand prospect goals and technical environment
Deliver tailored Fullstory demos and run proof-of-concept trials (once trained)
Help shape scope and expectations for the onboarding package a prospect will need once they close
Deliver Structured Onboarding Packages
Across these engagements, you will:
Run discovery sessions to define success criteria, goals, stakeholders, and scope, and set onboarding timelines and expectations
Guide customers through technical implementation, configuring integrations, exclusion/masking settings, and custom data
Deliver platform training covering navigation, segments, session replay, engagement analytics, and admin/privacy best practices
Facilitate collaborative strategy workshops that connect platform usage to the customer's specific KPIs, use cases, and workflows, delivering prescriptive recommendations for continued success
Keep a clear record of customer engagement and outreach, and escalate stalled engagements to the Account Executive, CS
What We're Looking For
3–5 years of experience deploying or implementing B2B software/SaaS solutions for clients — ideally behavioral analytics, digital experience analytics, or product analytics platforms (implementation consulting, solutions consulting, or technical onboarding background)
Proven experience running structured, multi-week client engagements: discovery calls, technical implementation, training sessions, and strategic workshops — the specific tool matters less than the pattern
Fast, independent learner — comfortable becoming the in-house expert on a new platform quickly, since full Fullstory training is provided
Strong training and facilitation skills — experience leading onboarding calls, workshops, or webinars
Native Spanish speaker
Professional working proficiency in English (platform documentation, internal tools, and coordination with BRQ's teams are in English)
Comfortable with remote work and periodic travel (~20–30%, adjust as needed)
Strong written communication and documentation habits — you'll need to track engagement history and outreach attempt
Nice to Have
Direct experience with A behavioral analytics / digital experience platform such as **Glassbox**, **UXCam**, or **Fullstory** — a plus, not required
Prior experience as an onboarding partner/subcontractor for a SaaS platform
Experience in a SaaS, analytics, CX, or UX tooling company
|
