• Assess comprehensive patient needs and psychosocial status to establish a strong, empathetic foundation for individual care.
• Develop and deliver personalized psychotherapy, group, and family therapy sessions, ensuring individualized treatment goals are successfully met.
• Collaborate seamlessly with multidisciplinary healthcare teams in patient care conferences to align treatment plans and optimize care outcomes.
• Document all patient interactions, clinical consultations, and supportive services meticulously to maintain accurate, compliant records and ensure continuity of care.
• Supervise and mentor interns and assigned clinical staff to foster professional growth and uphold high standards of departmental excellence.

Licensure / Certification / Registration

• Required Credential(s):
  • One or more of the following:
    • Clinical Counselor obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
    • Counselor obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
    • Psychologist obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
    • Social Worker obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
    • Therapist obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
