Summary
Assist hotel guests with luggage, room equipment guidance, resort services, and general hospitality tasks at a beachfront resort.
Provide courteous and efficient service to all guests by handling all luggage requirements to and from guest rooms. Instruct guests on correct operation of all equipment in rooms and inform them of resort amenities and services. Provides miscellaneous guest services such as mail service, delivery of newspapers, laundry and other materials as requested. Maintains baggage room, carts, guest elevators and lobby area to ensure it is neat and orderly. Provides valet and shuttle services for guests.
