We are looking for experienced Bench Sales Recruiters with a strong track record in marketing IT consultants and building relationships with Tier-1 Vendors, MSPs, Implementation Partners, and Direct Clients.
Market W2 H1B & H1B Transfer consultants across the US market
Build and maintain strong vendor and client relationships
Identify suitable contract opportunities for consultants
Negotiate rates and coordinate interviews
Drive successful consultant placements and closures

Required Skills
Bench Sales experience in US IT Staffing
Hands-on experience with W2 H1B & H1B Transfer consultants
Strong vendor network and relationship management skills
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
