An automotive Warehouse Parts Clerk is responsible for managing the inventory of automotive parts, assisting customers with their needs, and processing transactions. They must have strong organizational and communication skills, as well as technical knowledge of automotive parts and systems.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

• Receive and process orders for automotive parts
• Check inventory levels by performing BIN Counts daily and order parts as needed
• Assist customers in finding and purchasing the correct parts
• Keep accurate and organized records of all transactions
• Handle returns and exchanges of parts
• Collaborate with other staff members to maintain a clean and organized parts department
• Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and providing product information
• Stay up to date on new automotive technologies and products
• Drive delivery vehicle to deliver orders as per company procedures, in accordance with company policy regarding driver safety and qualifications.
• Follow Parts Shipping and Receiving processes.
• Other duties as assigned.
