Essential Job Duties-

• Greets and serves guests in a friendly, upbeat, and positive manner using the guest's name when possible/
• Maintains a clean, well-organized, and properly stocked service area at all times.
• Maintains the appropriate supplies needed for the proper performance of duties.
• Follow company procedures with respect to Responsible Gaming/Alcohol Service.
• Understands, complies with, and enforces all alcohol awareness procedures and relevant laws.
• Card any guest who looks 30 years old or younger. Retrieves empty glasses and returns them to the service bar or other designated area.
• Fulfills guest beverage order requestions on the casino floor or other areas as assigned, by taking and processing orders, and serving them in a friendly, quick and efficient manner.
• assists with preparing drink orders as directed.
• Works collegially with supervisors, bartenders, bar porters to prepare and deliver drinks quickly and courteously.
• Familiarizes self with all items on the menu and explains food items when necessary. Answer Guest questions as appropriate.
• Garnishes items as needed. Notifies supervisor of any quality or freshness cornerns.
• Utilizes proper cash and comp procedures and adheres to established P.O.S. procedures and pricing structure for every order.
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of Company events and promotions and be able to answer guests' questions accordingly
• Provides excellent service to make the experience for the Guest memorable
• Handles guest complaints, and, if necessary, solicits involvement and support from supervisor.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor during all interactions with guests, fellow Team Members, Management and Vendors.
• Serves as a company "ambassador" for promotional events, outside charity functions, sporting events, etc...
• Follows established company and departmental appearance standards, including uniform, hygiene, and general appearance guidelines, at all times.
• Adhere to all appearance and uniform standards of each role
• Performs all other duties as assigned.
