Job Title: BFSI Sales Executive Role Overview The BFSI Sales Executive will be a critical component of the sales team, responsible for driving revenue growth within the banking, financial services, and insurance (BFSI) sector. This role is accountable for developing and managing relationships within the agency channel to promote and sell life and health insurance products. The position is based in Jaipur. Duties and Responsibilities - Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve assigned targets in life and health insurance products. - Conduct field sales activities to identify potential clients and expand market presence. - Build and maintain strong relationships with agents and agency partners to enhance product distribution. - Provide training and support to agents on product offerings, ensuring they are equipped to effectively sell. - Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. - Prepare regular reports on sales performance, client feedback, and market insights for management review. - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies while conducting sales activities. Required Qualifications - A minimum of 1 to 5 years of experience in BFSI sales, specifically within the insurance sector. - Proven track record in field sales with demonstrated success in achieving targets. - Familiarity with life insurance and health insurance products is required. - Experience working with agency channels is essential.
