Responsibilities
As a BI Business Analyst, you will be transforming numbers into insights by working intensively within Power BI and Snowflake. You will play a key role in transforming the organization into a data-driven company creating value through insights.
- Act as the go-to person for BI support of new insights and issue resolution
- Transform raw data into meaningful insights using Power BI and Snowflake
- Gather and prioritize requirements from finance and stakeholders
- Develop and maintain dashboards with intuitive visualizations
- Improve and modernize Power BI solutions
- Automate manual finance processes
- Ensure data models support business needs
- Collaborate closely with IT and business teams
- Manage tickets and resolve data issues
- Stay up to date with Power BI and data storytelling best practices
In you, we hope to find
- Strong experience with Power BI and Snowflake
- Strong ability to define and implement KPIs that measure and drive performance across key business drivers
- Experience with D365 is an advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to translate data into insights
- Experience with financial datasets
- Strong communication skills in English

We collaborate closely across the BI team, Finance, and the wider organization to translate data and insights into tangible business impact. Within the BI team, we cover both frontend development in Power BI and backend development in dbt/Snowflake, working in close partnership with our colleagues in IT to ensure structured, reliable data from source systems.
Because collaboration is central to how we work, we primarily work from the office.
