Job Description

We are seeking a skilled BI Developer to join our team in New York, NY. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Power BI and data analytics to help transform raw data into meaningful insights that drive business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver effective BI solutions.
• Optimize data models and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Support data governance and best practices in data analytics.
• Work closely with IT and data engineering teams to integrate data from multiple sources.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a BI Developer or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Power BI, including DAX and Power Query.
• Solid understanding of data analytics concepts and methodologies.
• Experience with SQL and data modeling.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
