BI Developer

Salary: £59,000 - 99,000 per year

• Strong Power BI skills
• Strong SQL skills
• Experience working with cloud environments, preferably Azure, with GCP or AWS also considered
• Exposure to data warehousing and structuring data for reporting
• Experience in media, advertising, or agency environments with a commercial data focus
• Microsoft Fabric experience is desirable
• Strong stakeholder communication skills
• Ability to work confidently and proactively in a fast-paced, evolving, and slightly unstructured environment
• Ability to work independently

We are hiring for an internal-facing role based in London, working onsite three days per week on a 3-month contract with likely extension, outside IR35, with an ASAP start. Our team is focused on consolidating data from multiple business systems, including Finance, HR, and planning tools, into a centralised reporting layer that supports clear, commercially focused dashboards for stakeholders across the business. The role is structured around clear milestones over the first three months, from stakeholder engagement and requirements gathering through to dashboard delivery, and suits someone confident, proactive, and comfortable working independently in an evolving environment.
