BI Developer — Qlik Sense & SQL for Data Transformation

Zenith Global, now part of IQ-EQ, is seeking a Business Intelligence Developer to support its digital transformation journey by designing and delivering QlikView/Qlik Sense analytics solutions. The role focuses on developing scripts, dashboards, and data models to drive data-driven decisions across its Italian operations.

Based in Milan with a strong emphasis on collaboration with business stakeholders, you will ensure data integrity, performance, and usability across BI environments, while

Design, develop, and implement QlikView/Qlik Sense solutions to support business analytics and decision-making. Develop and optimise Qlik scripts for data extraction, transformation, and visualisation. Leverage advanced SQL skills to perform DML and DDL operations on relational databases. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective Qlik solutions and database interactions. Ensure data integrity through efficient database management and maintenance. Design and develop interactive dashboards with a strong focus on usability, performance, and data accuracy. Monitor and optimise the performance of Qlik environments and databases to improve overall efficiency. Provide technical support to end users, troubleshoot issues, and deliver training when needed. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related STEM field. At least 3 years of hands-on experience developing QlikView/Qlik Sense solutions. Strong expertise in SQL, including DML and DDL operations. Solid knowledge of Qlik scripting, data modelling, and system architecture. Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with business and technical stakeholders. Ability to translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to new technologies.
