What you’ll do
- Travel across Hanover to meet customers at their location
- Perform on-site diagnostics and repairs
- Use Cowboy’s diagnostics tools to identify issues
- Deliver a seamless, friendly, and efficient repair experience
- Represent Cowboy as the face of the brand in the city
- Follow up if needed to ensure the rider is back on the road
What we’re looking for
- You live in or near Hanover
- You enjoy working with your hands and solving technical problems
- You’re customer-oriented, communicative, and reliable
- Passion for bikes, e-mobility, or tech is a strong plus
- Comfortable working independently and on the move
- No prior experience required — training is provided
Requirements
- Freelance / self-employed status
- Languages: German + English
