Bilingual Plant Manager - First Shift in Fort Worth
Job DescriptionJob Description We are seeking a Bilingual First Shift Production Supervisor to support daily manufacturing operations in Fort Worth, Texas. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on keeping production running efficiently, supporting employees on the floor, and ensuring customer orders are completed and shipped on time. The ideal candidate is a "boots on the ground" leader who is willing to step in and assist production teams when needed rather than spending the majority of the day behind a desk. This position will oversee daily workflow, provide training and support to employees, maintain safety and quality standards, and help solve production issues as they arise. Experience in manufacturing, construction services, fabrication, or a similar hands-on environment is . Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills are required.
Requirements:
- Previous experience leading teams in a manufacturing, production, warehouse, construction, or industrial environment
- Bilingual in English and Spanish with strong communication and team leadership skills
- Willingness to work alongside employees on the production floor and assist wherever needed to meet production goals
Hours: Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM
