Bilingual Sales Assistant (English/Spanish) – Lead Response & Follow-Up

Company Overview:
- Garage Force is a growing concrete coating company in Miami specializing in garage floors, patios, pool decks, driveways, and commercial floors across South Florida.

Position Details:
- Bilingual Sales Assistant (English/Spanish).
- Role: Lead Response and Follow-Up.
- Employment Type: Independent contractor.
- Location: Remote, open to Latin America.
- Schedule: US Eastern business hours (approximately 9 AM to 7 PM ET, Monday to Friday, plus some Saturdays).

Compensation:
- Pay rate: up to USD 500 per week, paid weekly.
- Incentives: Commission for every estimate visit booked that takes place, plus a bonus on closed jobs.

Responsibilities:
- Answer new leads within minutes during US Eastern business hours.
- Call, text, and email new leads in English and Spanish.
- Qualify projects.
- Book in-home estimate visits.
- Confirm visits and follow up on estimates.
- Re-engage older leads.
- Maintain every note and task current in the CRM (GoHighLevel).
- Ensure no qualified lead is forgotten.

Requirements:
- Fluent, natural English and Spanish language proficiency (Portuguese is a plus).
- Stable internet connection of 25+ Mbps with backup power or a hotspot.
- Own computer, headset, and quiet workspace.
- Coachable, hungry to grow, and early-career individuals are welcome.
