BIM Coordinator (HDB/Condo/Landed Projects)
Summary
Coordinates Building Information Modeling (BIM) for residential projects like HDB, condos, and landed properties, creating models, detecting clashes, and maintaining standards using Revit and Navisworks.
- Support BIM Manager in model creation, clash detection, and coordination.
- Maintain BIM documentation and standards across projects.
- Provide technical support to design and site teams.
- Assist in developing 3D models to support project planning and construction.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Architecture/Engineering.
- At least 2 years’ experience in BIM for HDB, Condo, and Landed projects.
- Proficient in Revit, Navisworks, and BIM software.
- Knowledge of BIM standards, workflows, and clash resolution techniques.
