BIM Designer

We are seeking a skilled BIM Designer to join our dynamic team in Karnataka or Andhra Pradesh. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and will be proficient in various BIM software, particularly Revit. As a BIM Designer, you will play a crucial role in the design and modeling of MEP systems, ensuring that all designs meet the necessary specifications and standards. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and manage BIM models for MEP systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project requirements. - Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate BIM processes into project workflows. - Conduct clash detection and resolve issues related to MEP systems within the BIM environment. - Prepare detailed drawings and documentation for construction based on BIM models. - Stay updated with the latest BIM technologies and methodologies to enhance project delivery. - Provide training and support to junior team members on BIM practices and software usage. Required Skills: - Proficiency in BIM software, especially Revit and Revit MEP. - Strong understanding of MEP systems and their integration into building designs. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams. - Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
