BIM Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced BIM Manager to lead BIM delivery for construction and interior fit-out projects in Singapore, driving BIM strategy, coordination, compliance, and digital project execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of BIM strategy across construction and fit-out projects to ensure efficient project delivery
• Develop and maintain BIM execution plans, modelling standards, templates, and family libraries to standardize workflows
• Manage and review BIM coordinators and modellers by allocating resources and monitoring their deliverables to meet project timelines
• Oversee multi-disciplinary coordination by conducting clash detection and resolving issues with consultants and main contractors
• Ensure all BIM processes comply with BCA BIM guidelines and CORENET X submission requirements for regulatory adherence
• Drive 4D/5D BIM integration, quantity take-off, and digital delivery, providing regular progress reports to management

Required competencies and certifications

• Degree in Architecture, Civil/Building, or MEP Engineering
• Minimum 8 years of BIM experience, including at least 3 years in a lead or managerial role
• Proficient in Revit and Navisworks software applications
• Strong knowledge of CORENET X and Singapore BIM standards

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience with Bentley or Civil3D software
• Demonstrated leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills to effectively lead teams and collaborate with project partners
