BIM Manager — Job Description & Requirements (≈100 words)

Lead BIM delivery across all company projects. Develop and maintain the BIM Execution Plan, set up and administer the Common Data Environment, and manage model federation and clash detection across architectural, structural and M&E disciplines. Establish company BIM standards and modelling protocols, ensure deliverables meet BCA submission requirements, and mentor BIM coordinators and modellers. Support quantity take-off and site coordination using model data.

Requirements: Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Civil/Structural Engineering or Building. Minimum 5 years' BIM experience, including at least 2 years in a lead capacity. Proficient in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks and BIM 360. Familiar with BCA BIM submission requirements and the Singapore BIM Guide.
